Fire NOC check
A height and occupancy check for whether a fire NOC is marked mandatory.
Fire NOC on this screen
Mandatory
Commercial height above 15 metres is marked mandatory on this screen.
The rule here is a planning shortcut: residential and commercial buildings above 15 metres, and every assembly, restaurant, or industrial building. A state fire service can also use floor area, basement, or a 15-metre-and-above cutoff. Confirm with the local fire department before you apply or skip a NOC.
