Non-disclosure note
Party A and Party B may share private information for a possible business discussion.
Each side will use that information only for this purpose, keep it private, and return or delete it when asked. Information that is already public, or that a side must disclose by law, is not covered.
This note lasts for two years from the date it is signed, unless both sides agree in writing to end it sooner.
